While their sales department was great, especially how Joe was very helpful in getting me this car and trying to accommodate my worries when I told him my car was having break problems, i feel that the services and mechanics department were awful. The brake parts on my car were brand new but they all were gone to waste due to improper installation by the mechanics there, who had to complete a pre-delivery inspection to ensure the car is in fine condition. Other than that, when the mechanic specializing in auto bodies was taking a look at my car door, he insisted that the car frame was the problem. But everyone else, including 2 other auto body mechanics, said that it was the door hinges. Although they can do the repair for free, I don’t trust them as if a mechanic is diagnosing the problem wrong, it’s more likely the repair will be botched as well. Make sure that when you buy your car from them, the car is in tip-top condition and send it to an independent mechanic for inspection
