Feedback:

Harassment via calls at odd hours, will not disclose info about the debt even when asked detailed info on the debt at hand. Asked to prove if debt was mine, could not prove until i gave them every detail about me. they called me not the other way around they have to prove who they are as they are using a mobile number so who knows who the person really is.If the corp wants to deal a real business then contact number and emails should be fixed so we the clients know it's coming from a legitimate company. Called banks i had debts with, my debts are being handled.

call on different numbers, i mean they have hundreds of mobile numbers, landline numbers, agents from australia and the philippines calling, extremely rude and never tell you which company theyre from or even leave a message, theyve even called my work asking to talk to me or asking them for a contact number of mine, and have even called my mother lol big mistake now you definitely aint getting NO MONEY BACK LOL

Really nasty debt company, firstly they put a bill which is not mine under my name even the AGL has confirmed it's not mine.They still put this as default and total effect my good credit history.Secondly this happened in Oct 2017, they said they are still waiting for the responds from AGL. I tried to contact AGL, but AGL said this debt collection is out of their hands, It's have to deal with this stupid company. I don't understand how they can read people' s name so unprofessional, and got all my information and linked them together. Now I really can't get rid of this debt! The most important thing is THIS IS NOT MY BILL!!!

Have had no issues with these guys. Really helpful with organising payments and very easy to talk to. Its their job to collect debt? No reason to give them grief about it. Good job guys :)

Seriously they called my number and asked for another person, and would not disclose who they are. And I asked what the company does, she could not give an answer.

Absolute disgrace. Once they have your number they dont leave you alone. You tell them to get lost and keep trying to sell loan products.

Will not provide information on time as requested - attempt to multiple times contact incorrect person - circular conversation tactics that attempt to frustrate/overhand/hide information - 0 Star weak AF company - recommend AU customers use 3rd party CIO (credit investigations ombudsman) - more external complaints cost credit corp money/external compliance pressure

Have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this company will not identify who they are until i provide my personal details which i absolutely will not do, they will cease and desist from any further contact or legal action will be initiated and i will be reporting them to the ACCC harrassment of this nature is illegal!

What does psychometric tests and putting shapes together have to do with calling up people regarding their outstanding debts?. Credit Corp missed out on a good worker.
