Overall Feedback:

Never ever again will I get a loan with this company. I have things being reported on my credit report that's false saying I missed a payment. How is that fair if I never missed a payment. Her reason is they probably didn't update it yet for 3 months no update so that hurts people credit man once I pay this loan off in done with this company. I will never use them again worse regret ever. Then you got smart mouth receptionists "yeah I know you don't care because it's not you" I don't want no response this is the only loan company I have ever had that I have ever had an issue with they don't even have a cc machine to make payments unbelievable. They just literally got a cc machine to take payments and wonder why ppl always late paying they loan don't nobody feel like coming physically in and no I ain't go in to get a loan they sent me a check do to my good credit and j had 3 loans prior on time payments never late. I work in customer service and yall ain't it. Go to this company don't say I ain't warn you I have all my receipts and she even said idk why it's saying that SMH if you don't who does y'all are scam want me to renew for $5 and 63.00 hell no, but I missed a payment no response needed document my stuff right say "LATE" not "MISSED" a couple days late on my loan is not a missed payment and not way back in May we in Aug don't tell me anything if that's the case you would've been documenting it on my credit report prior to it because I have always paid a couple days after the loan due date. Taking money from customers and don't hold your end of the bargain your sitting down all day and can't update people credit report correctly SMH, but you update the negative false info but not the good payments bogus I'm done better hope I come back at all I can get this off in a flash believe that I rather pay someone to remove this off my credit then to give y'all scammers another dime.
