Today my credit Card terminal stopped working around 5:30 PM. Since 60% of my business is credit card, I was loosing business. I called my credit card service provider and they told me shipment for today is gone, they can ship me tomorrow and I can have New credit card terminal on Friday for $450.I got panic and started calling around since it was pass 5:00 PM every one was close and gone for today.I did the Internet search and finally find the Credit Card Processing in North houston, they have same terminal $175 cheaper than my processor price. They was at my location with in 45 minutes and they go me up and running. They saved me from loosing 60% of business for two days.Now with there help I was able to keep my customer happy.Pros:-Fast and quick Service.-Very reliable and honest people- Very competitive prices- They provide on-site services until 9 PM, everybody else was gone at 5:00 PM and was not answering the phone.Cons: They did not have terminal programmed for internet Pin pad for my processor, but I can understand that.They saved me, I will defiantly recommend them to other businesses. I am also planing to switch my Credit Card Processing with them. No I know if I have any problem in future they will be here at my location with in one hour or less.
