Client Review on Credit Card Management Services


This review is in regards to my qualifying and receiving the HHF-PR. During the process these lessons learned will hopefully alleviate any future occurrences from happening to potential customers. 1) Ensure that the customer and advisor have ALL of the information BEFORE the intake process begin. It took two weeks for them to tell me that my paperwork would not be processed because of HHF-PR Logo not visible on paperwork. 2) ONLY had one (1) day to close on HHF-PR paperwork. When it takes them way more time to process the paperwork. However, I am grateful in the end that it all work out. Also, closing agency was willing to go above and beyond for customer. 3) Advisor(s) need to work on courtesy and relation skills. Immediately becomes offensive when customer tries to explain their point-of-view of things. On the contrary, advisor(s) is/are professional.
