I went there for information about starting a small business. I met with Ellen, and she was very nice, friendly, helpful, and informative! She was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know, and talked to me in a business manner, but without being boring, and uptight, which made the experience much more enjoyable for me! I really appreciated her manner, and I even suggested meeting with her to someone else who told me about a business she wanted to start!
