Overall Feedback:

Shady business practices. Salesman promised us the world. We were supposed to save $12,000 a year and there was no contract for their services except for the equipment. Turns out there is a 3 year contract, we pay more than we did with the previous company, and they keep throwing random charges on our bill that we have call about almost every month. 3 year contract terms were hidden on a document that was "available to you had you requested it". Salesman is MIA now the he collected his commission and the company could care less that they were misrepresented. Stay far away from them! Do not do business with them!

Total TOOLS!! Telemarketers that don't get the fact that they are TELEMARKETERS. When you are told to BUZZ OFF and don't call again, TAKE THE HINT AND DON'T CALL BACK. Talk about hire the mentally incompetent...wow, MORONS.

I meant to put 1 star. If there had been Zero, that is what I would have given them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!!!!!!!!!! It will end up costing you 1,000s of dollars. Don’t have the time to tell all, but trust me, you DO NOT WANT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Customer Service. That is just the beginning. As one of their technology people said, they don’t know their right hand from the left!!!!!!!!

Rude and annoying people who evidently dropped out of high school keep calling from this place. I wouldn't do business with them if they were the only lender left in the world.

These guys are horrible. They called us with b.s We told them that they couldn't integrate with our software. They promised that they could and had a similar business. We wasted a few hours to find out that they were full of ***&. Further, they lied about the company that was allegedly integrated. The sales person in Texas never followed up on his promise to call. I even left a v.m for him and still nothing. Very poor service. I can't imagine what would happen if we became a customer.

We have used CPN for a few years now. Rates are better than what we were paying with last 2 credit processors. Rep can be reached day or night, holiday or weekend. I always get someone, even if its a text that says "got it I'll follow up in the morning" and that in itself is worth a lot.

This company has Erin call me almost every day. I tell them I am not interested and hang up. They immediately call me back. I put Erin`s phone number in my caller id so I won`t answer it. Today they switched to having someone else call. I again say please leave me alone and she tell`s me not to hang up like the other people. She get`s that a lot. I tell her we hang up because we are busy and should not have to tell you every day to stop calling us! I am zoned residential and am on the do not call list so now I am reporting them.
