I've had this bank for over 16 years. Awesome products available. Fees are nothing like banks charge. Multiple caps financed with them over the years. Customer service can be slow at in Orangeburg because it's such a busy branch. A lot of the complaints I'm reading........are customers being personally irresponsible .
