Horrible customer service. Took my money without permission. Will be closing all my accounts with them.

The staff at the supervisory level has become increasingly rude and condescending. After my current loans are paid off I may have to find another bank. I’m tired of being talked down to. They are unable AND unwilling to find a solution to a computer glitch that causes money to erroneously come out of their customers account. FIX IT! It’s not rocket science!!
