I originally found Vicky through Zillow. We saw how many good reviews she got, and we also saw how informative she was on her Facebook page. My wife and I contacted her, and from just the first couple of email exchanges, we could tell that she was going to be great with communication.Throughout the whole process, anytime we had a question about anything, Vicky, Pierre, and their team answered back within minutes. It was such a pleasant surprise to have our first home loan experience be SO good. There were absolutely no delays from Vicky's end, and she had our file ready to wrap up and send to closing within 14 business days! I HIGHLY recommend Vicky and her team!
