Cornerstone was chosen by the seller to prequalify buyers for a previously foreclosed home that continually fell out of escrow. I was the first to prequalify and another buyer, with a higher offer, was the next to prequalify. Vicky was honest in keeping the order of prequalifications and presenting them to the seller.
