I may be in the minority, based on the reviews I've read, but dealing with Nikki was a complete disaster. She was totally unprofessional, did not follow through with communication as she said she would, ignored calls and text messages, and basically made it to where I decided to obtain my loan from another lender. The other lender offered a better closing cost, lower interest rate, and very fast service.
