Feedback:

I have been banking with Cornerstone for over four years and highly recommend. I have referred many friends and family and they speak highly of cornerstone also. I love that they offer so many products and if your in place of improving your finances you can bet that they will help you reach that target. You can get your debit card printed on spot and very friendly staff.

I cannot say enough about how much I like this credit union or how I really feel like they have their members best interests in mind compared to my old bank. I've had banking, mortgages, and car loans through them and couldn't be happier with my experience.

It used to be a good bank but lately I have been very dissatisfied. The bill pay dept mailed a check late for my daughter's rent where I was charged $50.00 and they told me I was responsible for that. After 30 years I am actively seeking another bank even though it is a pain to move everything.I’ve since had another issue with the credit union which i think was my fault. I did not ask them to correct it but I got an email from Beatrice that they had decided to credit my account anyway. I was impressed with that gesture and appreciated that.

Very unprofessional. Couldn't get my information right, so I could never sign into their app. Went to close my account and they never asked for ID. Just handed me over the money in cash and I walked out. Could have been anybody.

Worst bank experience I've ever had. Worked with a gentleman to setup a joint account and apply for a home loan with my fiancee. They could not get my fiancee's online account established correctly and submitted the paperwork with my last name incorrect for the pre-approval. When we came into close out our account one week later, we were only asked to provide an account number. There was no request to confirm our identification. We could have been anyone that found the account number and took all of our money.

Need tellers that know what they are doing took 15 mins to cash $100 check and they charge $5 to do so. What a joke
