This small bank used to give the kind of personalized service I have never received from banks of any size. No longer! The entire front staff has turned over. They are grouchy and unpleasant. 3 stars is but a gift for old-times sake. We have a new bank abd will be leaving for good as soon as our automated banking can be switched over
