A monopoly that falsifies data, and produces a product for appraisers that encourages USPAP ethics violations. This company would go bankrupt if they didn't all of the means of production and distribution of data in the real estate market.

Horrid customer service. They just kept transferring me back and forth to different departments and I had to keep re-explaining my situation to every new person who hopped on the phone. I do not recommend their business to ANYONE.

[1-STAR RECOMMENDATION] The building is located on Pacifica in the city of Irvine, California. Once you park in the parking structure, you will receive a ticket in which you will need to either pay or will need to obtain validation. The important consideration is that you need to request parking validation upon entering the business as the ticket is time-stamped as of when you enter. The reason for my 1-star recommendation is that, in short, I was a candidate in the hiring process and after going through it, I can confidently state that the hiring process needs to be enhanced & streamlined.
