Their staff is rude and unprofessional. If you are even a day late (not passed the 10 days before a late fee is charged) they call every number they can find and are rude to whoever may answer. They disrespect the people they are trying to contacts call lists and expect you to be ok With it. When you go to pay the whole amount off and close your debt, they are rude again with snide remarks and dirty looks. Maybe cooperate should check into this and remind these ladies exactly who it is that helps ensure they get a pay check. No worries, we know MANY people in pocatello and the surrounding communities that we will let know of this unprofessional staff and place of business.
