Feedback:

Capital Merchant Solutions was able to get my credit card processing account setup without any problems. The rep I spoke to, Greg, was courteous and helped me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend CMS.

I contacted Capital Merchant Solutions in hopes that they could help me get setup to take credit cards for my credit repair business. I was denied an account through my local bank as well as another merchant account provider that I found online. After speaking with Greg at CMS, he explained that my account was considered "high risk" by most processing banks. Greg also explained that CMS would still be able to help me. It did take a little longer that I was hoping for, but Capital Merchant came through for me. They setup me up with an online Authorize net account and helped me get it working with my website. I highly recommend CMS, with so many dishonest providers on the web, they truly did exactly what they told me they would do!

I was referred to Capital Merchant through my business mentor. The entire process for accepting credit cards was straight forward. I submitted my merchant account application online and within an hour I got a call from Greg. He explained how everything works and answered all of the questions I had. He let me know that my business type was considered high risk by many processors, but he should be able to help me. My account was approved in about 4 days. I got the information they provided to my web guy and was able to accept payments in less than a week after my first contact.

Great service! ecommerce payment gateway processing will also save you money and waste associated with paper billing. Online billing not only cuts costs, but also improves the efficiency of the payment process.

The customer service was terrible, also accepting credit cards! We are truly pleased with the amount of money we have saved in credit card fees over the last year and are reinvesting those savings into our practice through advertising.

Absolute garbage company. Charged us for two years after cancellation. Have been waiting for Jessica (ext 218) to get back to us for over a week on the issue. Her VM has been full for 4 days. Called in and spoke with Greg today who said he would try to get her in touch with me but couldn't promise anything and there was no manager I could speak with. Steer clear of this company at all costs. UPDATE: Russ link the CEO of this company agreed to refund 6 months of charges due to this company illegally charging us. That was on 03/01/19, today is 03/23/19 and we have seen no refund and no one at the company will return our emails. Another lie by this company!!!

JENALEE SCOTT IS THE WORST ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE EVER. I called Capital Merchant Solutions to do business with them. She was so rude over the phone. If you don't like your job, you can just quit. I will never refer any of my church members to Capital Merchant Solutions. They don't care about their Clients. Jenalee Scott is most definitely giving them a really bad name. I strongly believe she is a very unhappy person.
