This is a really a giant size commercial building located near Minto Park, Opposite of La Mariner School for Girls. Also, the La Mariner School for Boys is situated beside it. The building has total 8 floors and 2 wings (Wing A and Wing B) along with car parking area at the basement. Number of big offices are there in this building such as SBI, HDFC, Vodafone, Gateway Abroad, TATAAIG, etc. another notable part of t his building is its huge lifts with a large capacity that is apt to the building size.
