Nice website, but they never pick up the phone, never return phone calls/voicemails, and never respond to emails. I'm a small business owner who filled out their survey and uploaded my business plan, and was told through automated email that I'd get a response in two business days about advising. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back. And when I call, email, and leave voicemails, no reply as stated above.

We've been working with the SBDC from the business planning stage to our recent expansion into our new location. They are an incredible resource with a wealth of knowledge and resources. You have to be serious about being an entrepreneur and willing to put the work in to be successful as they will not do it for you but give you the guidance and direction to make it a reality.
