Out of the blue, one of my POS computers which I had bought via Compro, died and honestly I had no clue what could have gone wrong. Outstanding service and the nicest persons to deal with. I was not yet a customer although I was in the process of buying hardware and software through them which too I inadvertently ended up with them through online search. And yet, when I had an issue with my current POS setup in the restaurant, they went out of their way on a weekend to help me patiently and get everything sorted out. They absolutely did not not have to do this, yet they were so very helpful and accommodating. I have been dealing with Dipesh and he is absolutely a pleasure to work with. If you want a local small company who cares about your business and is actually there when you need them Vs waiting on someone helpful and knowledgeable enough to help in a run of the bill big companies who have no inkling of customer service, I would strongly recommend you to try Compro and see for yourself.Ashok Srivastav,Bollywood Grill, CT

Good, small, local company. Their system was installed a few days ago and I have no complaints. Also, when an employee made a technical service call, the owner came down within 15 minutes and helped me configure the scanner properly right in the store. That's good service
