As Office Manager of Omega Martial Arts, I was shopping for a company to handle our credit card processing. I remember we were so happy with CMS at the previous company that I worked for, so I decided to bring our business to them again in this company. I am so happy that I did!!!!! They are so helpful and always available when I call. I have never had an issue (my issue, not theirs) that they couldn't help me walk through and resolve. They are always friendly and call me to check to see if there is anything that I might stand in need of. I highly recommend their company for your credit card needs. They are fair in their fees and are up front with everything!!! Great, great customer service everytime!!!! Thank you CMS!!!!! You deserve more than a 5 star rating!!!! Thank you Doug Nelson, Iszac Lambourne, Kenzie (I didn't catch her last name), and other people that have helped me with questions!!!! Doug and Iszac have gone up and beyond to help me get everything in place!!!!

Let me tell you how happy I am right now with Andrew's help. We have been trying to get our credit card reader working for a few days without success. Andrew in my new tech support Guru. He was able to walk me through the process and my credit card reader is NOW WORKING!!!! Yay! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Andrew :)

Gordon Steele over at CMS has been an awesome representative of their company. When something needs to get done Gordon makes it happen! I have dealt with several merchants in the past. CMS has been amazing thus far. From a proud Veteran business owner.

CMS is a joke. They never notified us of our chargebacks for over 18 months and we lost $8k as a result. They also decided to just drop our merchant account out of the blue and gave us 2 weeks notice is all. I've really never had such a poor customer support experience as with CMS. In the end its probably a good thing we're not with them any more. Stay clear of these guys!

Don’t know what is happening with CMS right now, but very disappointed!! 20-30 minutes on hold for any live person to pick up and no one in the departments I need to talk to even in!! Hope they fix their issues or we will be going elsewhere

I wish ALL customer service techs were like Sam S. Called with a problem with our Pay Saber. Once I explained he knew exactly what was the problem and had it corrected in minutes. Extremely personable and friendly. We have been with CMS for a fews years and everyone from our rep Brad C to customer service have been wonderful to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them.
