The worst customer service experience and a complete waste of my time. I went there to pick up titles from equipment that we had paid off almost two weeks before, after talking to their specialist on the phone who assured me that they ( the titles) will be ready for pick up. After going there and talking to the "manager" she has told me that it takes 14 days for the titles to be released even though that wasn't the case the last time I went to pick up different titles.I am looking forward to the day that our company will be able to get out of the contract with Compass and work with somebody who know how to appreciate their customers.
