I have no complaints. I'm staying as a customer.

I can’t to this bank because i Work in a sale retail store and seen a lot of people using this bank. And i was opening a small business and needed a account. With positive reviews and it being local. I did just that. Now i remember my visit well. I had already opened myPersonal account and my daughter was with me so it was very quick doing the business account. I was handed one sheet of paper when i left with my account number and routing number. That was it. Now fast forward to today. I need checks for my small business. Now banks I’ve had in the past will eitherSend a check book out or print you blank checks there. I go to the branch to get checks and was told they could not do that. Then i was told about another form of check which later rudely Zane in the branch explain they are cashiers checks. But they was four dollars a piece. The lady in the window then explained that she could order me a check book. ISaid okay. Handed her my stuff. She said it would take so many days. Whatever. Then at the end of it she tells me it would be 19.99 for the check book. Which threw me because i wasn’t told when i opened the bank I’d be charged to receive a check book. That’s something you say. So i explained how i was upset about it. She then said she’d wave the fee for the check. I explained i needed two of them. And she said okay and i gave her the paper to the place i need them sent. I came in side waited in line. Then Zane came up to me and said she had not printed them out and he would help me. The whole time he had that attitude like “ i have to be nice, but I’m being rude” type face and talk. He asked me what i needed i said checks. He said “ cashier checks” i didn’t know what those was i said that. And in a snarky way goes “ yeah, cashier checks” then explained they won’t be waving the fees even thou the women in the window saidThey would and i told her i needed two Of them. He had the absolute most rude attitude. I told him i wasn’t explained about the fees he said i would have gotten a paper of fees when i started. Well i didn’t. And I’m sure ifThey have cameras they could see that, point of my complaint is I’ll never go back. You should explain to someone when they OPEN a account everything that could be charged. As well as Zane is SO rude. This was a ill experience for me. And you don’t take a issue from one rep. And act all high and mighty and change not only what they said would happen. But try and say i received something i did not.

Every time my mom goes to Andrew Leyva on 291 she gets great services and he always does his best to help her with anything that she needs . Very polite and professional.

I’m walk everywhere and my bank on 291 HW is just 3 miles away and I’m always met with a smile and a hello by a welcoming teller inside. Excellent Customer Service From each and every professional, pleasant, efficient employee. And no I don’t work for or have any family that work for Community America but, when I walk in I do see many friendly faces. 👍

When your personal/business bankers go waaaaaaaaay beyond the Call of Duty you buy them Starbucks because that's what nice humans do.

I left them, after missing money several times, to find it put back a few days later. Also tired of them asking me what my plans were with my money! Rude, rude people 291/Hidden Valley, long lines, poor management!
