Incredibly rude customer service! Had contacted online customer service regarding savings account. Received letter stating I had withdrawn on 2 occasions from my savings exceeding the limit within a statement period (6 times) and if it happened again my account would be closed. I had never received previous letters in the mail. Customer service contacted and was incredibly rude regarding, stating I had “been sent several” other notifications of which I never had received. I don’t mind following the rules if I’m made aware of them! Horrible experience, Mount Union Branch.
