Feedback:

First of all I’m giving one star only because you can’t leave a review without clicking the one star. If not for that I wouldn’t even give one star! This bank in CHIPLEY Florida has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with concerning a credit union. They do not have trained people working there and they are rude! They do not communicate or check anything on a customers account or check emails before they call a customer with a threatening phone call. They apply money that you have paid, however do not update their records for over a month and then call to threaten. Every month it’s something with this branch. I would never recommend this credit union to anyone ever!

Horrible Customer Service! Only bank I know that will not notarize documents for their customers. Oh wait unless it's their credit union documents. A notary notarize the signature not the document detail.

PLEASE SEE MY SCATHING REVIEW OF TYNDALL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!After going through absolute horror and disbelief at a total intrusion of privacy with Tyndall Federal Credit Union, we transferred all our information to Community South. This was such a perfect scenario for us and them. We had 20% to put down on our new home which we believe made the approval process that much easier. The loan officer and supervisor were absolutely perfect. These people have common sense down home values, beliefs and ethics, and it shows. I am only sorry we did not start with them first. From now on, all our loans will be with Community South. We can't thank you all enough for how well you treated us.Michael & Amanda Dalton
