Overall Feedback:
The one star is by default, this should be a 0 star bank. The reason for this is because I went to the bank today to cash a holiday check from my dad who is a 30+ year Navy Veteran. I don't have an account there, but my son does, and when he endorsed the check, they said before reviewing his account that my mom doesn't have an account there. No one asked them to do this on her behalf. They assumed we was there on her behalf. She wasn't even in the car. So we explained that my son had an account and plenty to cover the check. They said they couldn't take a two party check. So after much debate, they didn't offer to deposit it until it cleared. When we asked if he could deposit it, they said it was their policy not to take a check of this type, even though my son has an account. We asked to see the policy and they refused. We didn't understand why they refused to conduct a standard banking procedure. They lied about who the branch manager of the bank was. Gave us a wrong # and routed our call back to their office. Very poor customer service and absolutely no level of professionalism. This has caused unnecessary stress and aggravation. I do not recommend that anyone bank here unless you are related to someone in the office, which also has relatives working together and backing each others moves.
