I come in to get change often, and cash checks. After reading others reviews..I've never had it close early on me, and I've yet to have a rude teller. But then again, I've not been rude to them either, so...not sure. Either way. My experience has been good Everytime i go in.

I've been going here for years to get rolls of quarters for laundry and to refill my MCTS card (before I knew we could do that online, whoops). While they do charge for rolls of quarters (Why?), the staff has always been friendly. There's usually only one teller, so transactions can take a while if there are folks ahead of you in line, but I've had no issues whatsoever. I've also gone in the morning or early afternoon, so I can't speak to them closing up shop before they're supposed to . . . To those who've experienced that: I'm really sorry! That sucks. :(

I called to ask about how much it would be to cash a small check because I don’t have a car at the moment, it’s three degrees outside, and I’m completely broke. Not only did they refuse to tell me, the woman on the phone was rude and mean enough about it to make me bother to write this! Doesn’t matter how much it costs now because they’re not getting any money from me.

Horrible service. Just tried to pay my electric bill at 7:10 pm (says online and on the door they close at 8) and there were two employees sitting inside with all the lights on and the door locked. They rudely shooed me away and mouthed "closed". Get some new workers!

Been cashing checks here for at least two years personal and work check but now will not be going back anymore. The teller was very rude in telling me they would not cash my check even after telling her that I have cashed them there before she said no we haven't even though I'm sure they have a history of checks cashed by people. What's the point of being called a CHECK CASHING STORE if you don't actually cash cecks

Been going there for years and years always friendly and helpful...only one thing..lots of elderly care towers near by..understaffed around ssi check time first of the month..long lines..one teller
