I've been going there for a year and never had any problems. Until the last 6 weeks for some reason on Saturday nights they have only one girl behind the counter no matter how long the line is. I had to wait online for 30 min one night. The whole time there is another girl sitting in back doing nothing which can actually come in and open up another line to make the line go quicker. You ever here of customer service? If it keeps up this way I am taking my business elsewhere. Also, should be open until 10 PM. I see how many customers they lose that come in right after the 8:30 PM time.
