I keep calling/going in to try to get a loan, but their system has been down for almost 4 months! Every time I ask when it will be up and running, they give me a false date. When I call back to confirm if the system is up and running they give me a new date. Kind of weird.

Got there at 6:10pm on a saturday and they were locking up saying they closed early today with no explanation.. 😣 it says 6:30pm they should close!!

The staff are super friendly and helpful,the loan process only takes 10 minutes tops. Their open 7 days a week and you can do your loan on line or in person and the interest rate is cheaper than all the competers.

They won't loan out to anyone paying off their debts in a Consumer Proposal, even if they have had a job for many years.

Extremely negative experience with them. How they run the system is like stonge age. Very slow and inefficient. Applied for loan online and they said their system is down so I had to go there in person. They require 90 days bank statements however I closed that bank and started new one, so they ask me to go to the nearest bank branch which was like 20 minutes away for statement. After 1 hour of waiting in line and walking, came back. Then??? Rejected!!!! They tackle on every deposit I made in my bank account. This was the least flexible and archaic loan company I ever encountered.
