I've been CBA customer for more than 20 years. My SMSF uses an Accelerator Account, my broker is Commsec and I also have a CBA Mastercard and an Everyday Account. Last time I visited Mornington Branch to rejig my accounts I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The Branch Manager even came up and introduced himself!So the Branch deserves five stars but I have to mark it down to three stars because of CBA's climate policy. This is important to me and thus impacts my rating at a Branch level. CBA invested $3.8 billion dollars in fossil fuels last year - the biggest investor in Australia. When CBA stops funding polluting coal projects it will deserve a five star rating.
