I went to the Maroochydore branch this morning as my husband passed away last month and I knew there were matters to address. The lovely lady at the entrance greeted me and got me a glass of water and sat me down while she got the Manager, Jacinta. These woman are pure gold. Jacinta helped me in so many ways most, I'm sure were things that I should have done myself, but she did anyway. Her friendly manner and expertise was amazing. Congratulations CBA for employing such wonderful staff.

I see now why CBA got so many single stars, the bullying left wing ivory tower, bubble heads have got together to protest. I'm only interested in the service, and services provided, and Com Bank seem to be trying much harder than the competition.

Very poor customer service. I had to return because there were nobody who could help me open a joint account... they didn’t have enough time for that so wanted to make an appointment for me the next day. It’s hopeless when a customer does not get a service after physically visiting one of the biggest branch in this area... 😔😔😔

A commonwealth worker gave me appalling advice, simply because I make far more than him per hr. Then I had my accounts stopped, because I showed aggression over the phone, out of anger and frustration. I was a 20yr customer. He’s a very small man inside. Chris Nobody was his name. Total stale sliced bread he is, without the butter. Comm bank workers at another branch laughed at you Chris when I mentioned your name. Seems your a well known joke.

Morally I cannot support any aspect of Commbank as it was the largest funder of fossil fuels in Australia in 2016. I think it is overdue that we consider the world we are leaving our kids as opposed to the bottom-line of the next quarter.

CommBank invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels last year, this is not an investment for our future generations. Please, invest in renewable energy instead.
