Spoke to Dennis today and he helped us work out a solution to our financial problems

The only reason I gave them this star is because they approved me when I had no credit fresh out of college with loans. Outside of that, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you are a week behind they are consistently calling with nasty attitudes and remarks asking why they haven’t heard from you yet. Telling you that your car is going to be repo’d unless you can come in NOW with the money. Their hours are terrible and not realistic at all for a company that requires you to come in for EVERY LITTLE THING because their website is useless. So one day they called me because I was 3 days after my grace period, it just slipped my mind so I drove back to Ohio and told them I will be in at 4:45 pm (they don’t close until 5) so I pull up to the building at 4:50 with cash and the old blond women who sits at the front desk (who is the worst human I’ve ever came in contact with. She is nasty, rude, and disheveled. She treats any customer that walks through that door like a lower class citizen) she seen me coming at 4:50, gets up and rushes to the door, looked me in my eyes and locked the door in my face. So I had to take time from work at come early the next day. When I come in the next day she only says “Name” looks me up, makes a phone call to Dennis, then refused to talk to me. I asked her “can I just give you the money or and I waiting on someone?” She looks me in my face and waved me off. Dennis comes down stars and in the lobby asked me why I was late and attempts to scold me on the importance of paying BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. Financing through them was biggest mistake I could have ever made, they need a completely new staff because the people in the office are unprofessional, unethical, rude and unrealistic at the least and they way they speak to people is completely uncalled for. I would NEVER recommend anyone that means anything to me to finance anything as small as a TV through this terrible company.

Dennis is a horribly unprofessional and downright horrible person. Thinking about letting my car get repoed just to avoid the pleasure of having to deal with him. People like you are what is wrong with the world. Take a good look at yourself and just how “mighty” your position is in this vast world.

If I could rate less than a star I would! I have never heard of a car being repossessed because the payment is 15 days late by payment date / or I could say it’s 5 days later than the grace period. God help u if ur last name is at the very end of the alphabet... cause then you’ll get DENNIS THE MENACE as ur rep. He threatens repo if u are a lil bit late And he is really rude and mean and just Is a really awful person. I know he has a job to do but if I have NEVER given this man a reason to treat me like that then I don’t understand why he acts like that?! It’s just not necessary! Being 5 days late or two weeks late every now and then isn’t a reason to repo a persons car! I called the office to speak Dennis’s Superviser. But it’s hard to get in contact with anyone unless it’s about paying them money when u are late! So he calls all my references and tells them that he’s having my car taken / re-po’d etc. this weekend if I don’t come pay today. Today is a Friday. So I can’t go till Saturday..and put it in the drop box by this date I’ll be 16 days late or 6 days past the grace period. Even if CFI has the right to do this? WHY WOULD U WANNA DO UR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT?? Smh

Do not and I repeat DO NOT allow any car dealership to finance you through this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and unethical. Everyone should report them to the better business bureau.

Got a call from someone there , I had payment arrangements set up and I was told I was fine, then I was told that I needed to come in a sign papers to get my date moved, I live a good bit away from them and asked if I could sign and fax but that wasn’t good enough . Every other finance company I have had has not given me this issue. They are a pos company and need to be shut down
