I’ve been a member of Columbine Federal Credit Union for almost two years now. I’ve since transitioned everything to them from a big name bank, and I couldn’t be happier to have everything through Columbine. My go to guy at Columbine is Oliver Brodston. Oliver is amazing at what he does and is very customer oriented. Not only does he help get what I need, but he also takes the time to explain details about the loan that honestly would get overlooked by me. He’s very thorough, very positive, and very quick to get results for his customers. I have, and will recommend Oliver to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work and delivering!

I first got introduced to Columbine FCU via a small loan for a motorcycle. Once my regular bank started causing me headaches I decided to switch to a credit union full stop.Columbine has been awesome so far, they opened my account, got everything ordered and done easily, even handled my balance transfers and mailed the checks out, I didn't have to do a thing. Lauren in particular was great helping me get everything set up.We'll see how things go long term, but so far I'm a huge fan!

I've been coming to this branch since it opened. For the first time in years, they refused to deposit a 20.00 check to my account because it had my maiden name on it. Did I also mention that at the same time I was depositing cash that more than covered that check? VERY disappointed in their service today.

I just opened a credit card with Columbine FCU in hopes of consolidating other credit card debt with high interest and making one payment. Lauren in the loan department was SO helpful and really responsive via telephone and email. I was able to sign the documents electronically, and Lauren took care of mailing checks to my other creditors. Super easy. Great experience, so far!

I don't know what happened to this place since the move, but I have since closed my accounts and left. The person who helped with our loans is still there and she's amazing. I went in to open new accounts for my kids and was so disappointed with the service I ended up closing my account. I won't be back.Former review (5 stars):I love this place. This is a brand new building (they moved from Arapahoe and University). They have been so incredibly helpful with getting our credit on track and keeping it on track. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We have talked to several people in the loan department and every one of them has made us feel comfortable about the next step(s) and how to get us to our goals (no pressure, no feeling "small" or "dumb").
