Hands down the best bank/credit union in northern Colorado, all the ladies there are amazing and go the extra mile to help you out. I can't just say enough of the Brighton branch. If you want personal level customer service this is the place, where you are a person and not just an account number.

Colorado Credit Union did an amazing job with our Refi. We were treated very well and everyone involved was very professional. We obtained a great rate in a very timely manner. We refinanced a loan through CCU and had an amazing experience! Customer service was amazing and the turn around time through application, appraisal and closing was faster than any bank I have ever seen! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This credit by far is the worse ever. Not onlyHave they put a hold on my checks, but froze myCard which rendered my card useless. I tried to makea payment to my attorney using my card and they shut off my overdraft all because I filed bankruptcy due to medical debt. I went in to cash my payroll check and they put a hold on it. This has happened multiple times and it’s ridiculous. I can never speak to one person there because they always brush me off to the next person. I can never get a straight forward answer from anyone either. By far the WORSE credit union. I tried to refinance my auto loan, they refused to help me, I even tried applying for a loan and they turned me down. I even used a co-signer and still they refused to help us out. I strongly recommended taking your business elsewhere. Don’t wasteYour time!!!

I am so happy with CCU! Each time I go inside everyone is so friendly and helpful. Xochitl has been soooo helpful to me and I love thinking of my banking "girls" as friends! THe comparison of this bank from "the other bank' that we pulled our money from to bring here is wonderful! Thanks for having such a nice bank with great employees! Wish I could remember all the names...I would list them ALL!!
