Banked at Collins for years and have had no issues. Moved to N Liberty and was happy that they had a branch so close. Used this branch a few times and has no issues and the staff is great.

OK I resisted the online banking for years finally trying it now the CU is changing their system and they will not answer any phone calls. Will be changing Credit Unions soon. These people have poor customer relations.
