I have a lot to say but i am totaly speachless how this company ripping people’s and there is no one stop them, theye don’t have physical office I went there absolutely there is nothing empty bulding long story short I screwed up with non-cancellation lease for three years terminal $69 every month and $75 credit card fee even if you don’t swip any penny through the machine, worst customer service ever must wait forever to call you back Travis president was super nice until you sign then paperworks then you are garbage, i did mistake trusted them so please do not do same mistake i hop soon or later they get ther punishment (karma) as how they are laughing on us

It took over 6 weeks to get a response. The phone numbers from the emails do not work. Worked with them for 4 months and didn't see any improvements. Could’ve done the ads myself and would’ve been better. Disappointed in the company. Signed up for 4 years (?!) with the clover machine and I didn’t even know it. This wasn’t mentioned at initial sign up. It’s a bit vague working with coastal pay from start to finish. A regretful decision, don’t do it.

BUYER BEWARE! Well, I don't know where to start. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the final no with Travis Chrisman a salesman with Coastal Pay. We received a call to schedule an appointment for a salesman to enlighten me of what Coastal Pay can do for me. I answered NO to an appointment and hung up. The call office then called right back and stated that we got disconnected. Well yes, I hung up the phone. Then the call office went right back into scheduling the appointment for the salesman. The President Travis Chrisman. Travis then showed up the next day. He filled in ever blank spot on an application as if I wanted to proceed with Coastal Pay. I did not have my drivers license or bank statement that is required to process the application. Travis asked me to sign and send him the required documents to process the application. That evening I sent an email that I did not want to proceed with Coastal Pay Services. Travis showed up the following evening to convince me that his company is the best and I need to use Coastal Pay. I could not give a NO answer without Travis Chrisman pushing the sale. I replied that I would get the required documents again, to get him to leave. I then sent an email to Travis that I did not want to use his services. I did not hear back from Coast Pay for a week, then all of the sudden I'm approved via email. I did not want to use Coast Pay. Travis then called and stated that I'm approved. I then mentioned that I did not want his services. His response was that he cares for my business more than I do. WHAT? He also mentioned that it takes money to close an open account, I did not want to proceed and those costs are costs that he moved on without consent. Email to prove it. He then stated that I would hear back form his legal department. What a way to show company standards. Travis Chrisman with Coastal Pay is not recommended in my eyes, due to disturbing the peace of others.

I don't want to give them even one star! READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY, Signed up with a merchant machine through Northern Leasing Company- after they said it would save us more than what we were currently paying, We got stuck in a 48 month contract in which their price went up after a year, wanted to cancel and in turn they charged a ridiculous cancellation fee of $1400, then when we tried to negotiate with them for the bogus 5 year contract, they in turn sent us to collections and sued us for the whole contract amount (even though we made payments) and the company that is suing us is from New York!!! Thousands of dollars down the drain, now I'm dealing with a court case!!!I wish I read everyone's reviews before we signed up...

I asked in polite manner to be removed off of their list and they will not even acknowledge my request. I asked 3 times and was ran over my Mr. Luciano who repeatedly ignored my request. A company with such tenacity will need to review their appointment scheduling methods and honor a potential client's request when asked to be removed from their calling procedures.
