Peter Jackson and Franca Luzzi could not have been any more kinder. The amazing point is, I am not a member and they still went above and beyond to be helpful. If I wasn't invested in another credit union, I would definitely open an account here. I am very thankful to these two.

Absolutely painless transaction at 9:45 on a Saturday. Teller hours at all Coastal Credit Unions is 7 days a week from 7am - 7 pm. Coastal Credit Inion is the best bank there ever was.

I could write a list of all the gripes I have had with my experience as a member here but it wouldn't fit. It has nothing to do with the people but everything to do with using your account, the website and customer service. To give you a taste, the past two manual external xfers didn't go through and never showed in the xfer history page, I paid off an auto loan and the auto-payment didn't automatically stop which created a mess, setting up or cancelling auto-payments have to be done using a form or an online message which you wont find out until you call bc you have to call customer service to pretty much figure out anything (and no, its not because I'm a dummy). Put simply, everything that is easy, intuitive or reliable at other banks is a mess with CFCU. Everyone is always polite but their solutions always require 4x the amount of effort to resolve as any other bank. You will hate using the website and pretty much anything else aside from just checking your balance and transactions (actually thats a pain too since many transactions just provide dollar amount and no info on where the purchase was made until a month later).Save yourself, don't bank with CFCU!
