Feedback:

I had so many questions and the rep was very helpful at first but it seemed the rep was frustrated after a while. . They wanted me to send them something authorizing them to charge my account every month but when I included the dollar amount, they wanted me to delete that "detail". So basically I am writing a letter, telling them they can post date a payment (with no set dollar amount) AND they wouldn't send me anything in writing. What in the world (?) I have read the reviews online and they aren't good......but I want to pay off my student loans. When I told him I wasn't sending him letter indicating that they could charge my account and giving them my bank info the phone magically hung up.

Feedback:

sleazy and dirty these people should not be doing business. they are awful represetatives of the human race. they treat you awful, and say even worse things when you aren't on the phone with them. the worst place i've ever had contatct with and hopefully they will be closed by the better business Bureau soon

Feedback:

Rude company even when you try to do what they want. Rehabilitation of loans shouldn't be like making bond.

Feedback:

Totally incompetent company!

Feedback:

Without explaining how unimaginably horrible everything about this company is... This google map page explains it all. I'm not talking about the comments. I'm talking about the inaccuracy of everything that is said or posted by this company. It is exactly 6:49pm in Louisiana right now. The business hours are ending at 9pm. Do you think they are open? PS. Today is not Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday

Feedback:

I don’t typically write reviews (especially negative ones) but I feel like people should be aware of my terrible experience with this company.I got behind on my loans due to being on a one income family and having a baby. Once I was able to get my finances in order, I contacted this company to see what steps I needed to take to get my debt paid. During the first couple calls, the people I spoke with seemed nice and very helpful. Once I started to send in all the requested documents to see if I could qualify for the rehab payment program, everything went downhill. I attempted to send in paperwork several times and each document I sent to them was refused, for various reasons. I spent 2 months trying to get the requested documents approved, resending needed documents, and trying to request other options. Finally, I got tired of calling them, sending paperwork, and spending time on the clock at work trying to get this sorted out. Because my loan is still in default, my income taxes are still being taken from me and there is nothing I can do to change it. This place is a joke.

Feedback:

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! THEY called MY WORK!!! Then they tried to get the last 4 digits of my social security number from my manager. When she refused he kept on and kept on, saying things like How'd bout I guess it and if it is right than you just tell me yes or no. He was told several times that they WOULD NOT give out that information!!! He still continued to harass her. I'm going to find a lawyer and see what can be done.

Feedback:

I called to pay $1,000 on my account with my card on file and was told there was no manager on the floor to take the payment so they would have to call me back later. Seriously?! Then the lady tells me that I no longer have a card on file because they have stopped accepting credit cards. They have sent me NO notice of this change and just successfully processed a payment 20 days ago. Their website still says they accept credit cards!! The lady said someone from Coast tried to call me around noon and I asked why she didn’t leave a message. Some of us have jobs — meaning we can’t answer random numbers in the middle of the day! If you are looking for a collections company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have never tried so hard to make a payment somewhere to be told I can’t.

Feedback:

People beware of scammer companies claiming to be debt collectors. This is the second company today calling me. The first one got me fired while trying to illegally collect. This one follows the same routines. I already have a garnishment from the actual collectors. Although before I got FIRED, I talked with the accountant who had the corp lawyer look at the paperwork and contact that company he got nowhere. I called my state education department and they looked it up. It was nowhere near them or this company. And I don't owe nearly as much as claimed. Due to the garnishment taxes and paying when I can. Point is this company is probably a pos scam preying on students. Not to mention I looked up my credit report online and this company and the other company were nowhere on here.

Feedback:

Like many others, it took me a few extra years to want to grow up. After a few changes in focus and adjustments in attitude, I finally reached out to one of their collection letters and told them that i was only interested in moving forward and fulfilling my obligations from my time in college. After a brief chat with the rep assigned to my account, we were going to proceed with a rehabilitation program in the form of a contract that was sold to me as a 'path to good standing'. The terms of the contract were for 11 consecutive monthly payments to be made through auto debit and upon completion, my loan would be in "repayment" status and no longer "delinquent" Basically, should i ever choose to pursue additional education, I'd be back on the good list. They sent me the contract a few hours later and I noticed a clerical error. My rep told me they would "correct it after i signed it" The error was the specific dollar amount they were going to debit. it was more than double what we had discussed. I had to push hard for them to rewrite a contract with some integrity on their part.. I even had to request a supervisor 2x.Flash forward to April 2018 (the 9th of 11 payments).....They debited the agreed upon amount from my checking account, however, 3 weeks prior they had sold my debt to another collection agency. No courtesy information from them or the Department of Education and no contact from the new agency. I was just notified by the new agency that my April payment was late and my loan is now considered "delinquent" again. Not to mention, the new agency had also added a $200ish dollar "transfer fee" There's a special place in h*ll reserved for these types of people. Its a fun attempt at satire to use the word "professional" in their company name. You're best bet is calling the DoEd and requesting your debt be transferred to another organization. One can only imagine what repercussions i would be facing if i breached our contract, but i'm sure they'll only make more $$$ off the next guy. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
