Will never use these people again, even people I know wont buy a car either.they require a $500 full deductible throughout the loan. I’m glad im not dealing with them anymore. People pls go to Carmax. They have major lenders like Capital one. You’ll be surprised when you get an approval with challenging credit. Only a $1,000 full coverage insurance is required.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place a person can finance a car through! They o e of the shadiest companies that I have ever dealt with, they are also rude as all get out. I have paid late fees when I shouldn't have and then this month I made my payment early and requested that it come off of the principal, and I just got an email today saying that they hadn't received my payment and they were tagging me with another late fee...I called to dispute and they told me it can either be counted as a payment or just that I paid on the principal but not both...howec ho when I did this nothing was said at the time that I would still be expected to pay again on due date.

I have currently been okay with using this website to make my payments but I absolutely hate this new update I liked being able to see everything and just simply using my email to log in.

Very disappointed in this company. They suck! Very rude people! They repoed my truck saying because no insurance. Ive had full coverage from day 1. FROM DAY 1... They even admitted it was their fault but still had to pay repo fees., and then had to pay 350 to get it out. Never been late on a payment either. Customer service was very rude as well and hung up on me and my husband.. No stars!

When I first financed with CMM it was a little rocky. Then, they hired Jennifer and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about her and how she handles herself and her job. Her level of professionalism and her drive to truly help her customers is astounding. She has been such a blessing to work with and I look forward to financing with CMM again and working with her in the future. Donna is also a wonderful person to deal with. Thank you guys for being so good to me and for working with me when you didnt really have to. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

These people get a bad reputation. They're always super helpful to me, people just don't like them because they don't let you get away with not paying your bills. Overall, a wonderful place that'll help you out in tough situations!
