It's true. It was a total disappointment. I was trying to get rid of a gold 14k ring and they told me it was fake, that it was not worth much. The fat hairy beard face dude said, "I can only give you 50 dollars for this." So I decided to go to the pawn shop right by the corner Town and Mission, and almost recieved 200$!! My point being is..DONT GO THERE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Like the guy in the previous comment said. Sad but true.
