Very bad experience with warakapola branch. The manager and staff have poor knowledge about their facilities. Also so many hidden charges never explain. I had wait 2 - 3 weeks for a speed draft after completed all documents... so much time(3-4hrs) taken for paper works....... It wasted my time and money....

I dont know about the Head office. The Most inefficient crew is working in Nuwaraeliya, which I know for sure. They simply take people on ride and say we are sorry. So sad to deal with a such fiannce service. Amazing thing is that, they will not answer even for the phone at least to share an information. God will help the CDB.
