Used to be very convenient... But they moved whole office back to Penang island, left ATM machines only. So if u need service (other then ATM machine can do...) U need go all the way to Penang island. Very inconvenience!!!

I find it incredible that in this age Citibank Malaysia will cut cost until they shut down the counter service in this Auto City branch.Presence is very important in consumer banking.

Still got the ATM machines here for in/out money. Even no more office services but this consider advantages for mainland Prai. Easy n free parking too.
