Citi bank absolutely have the worst call centre in the history , everytime I need to contact them I have to suffer for days till they will respond

Me and wife canceled city bank credit cards because whenever checking due amount for payment application is not working. They are not sending monthly statement properly.application Keeps giving me wrong password even though my password is correct If you people taking Citi bank card you have to make a manual statement for month end payment so beaver

This is a wrong location, the bank is located in king Abdul Aziz st. And the employees are really lazy, it took me one hour to spend a cheque. I don't recommend it as the banking service is really bad

very bad bank the block your debit account because staff did mistake, they will hold your money (( debit account )) for no reason.very bad bank i don't advice any one to deal with this bank
