My prepaid card expired on 12/31/17 with a $7.18 balance. On 1/31/18, a $3 maintenance fee was applied (for no use over the last 90 days) Really? The card was expired...how could I have used it? I had tried to use the balance prior to 12/31/17, but it was denied because the balance was less than my purchase. What a "Catch 22" scam!

They have to ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!! I have never dealt with a company as horrible as them. They "mailed" my prepaid card to me, twice. Never got it. Then they sent me a form to fill out and return to them so the money can be deposited to my account. I have faxed it 8 times. Each time I get an "OK" from the fax machine its being sent from saying it went through and every time I call them they say they have not received it. They will not give me an email address to send it to. They say its company policy that you have to fax it. I asked what the difference would be between faxing and emailing it and they just kept saying it was company policy to fax it. Everyone is quick to take your money but make it impossible to receive your refund. STEAR CLEAR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got a letter saying they had $1,675.43 for us in an account and to send information they wanted about us, signed, to be able to claim our $1,675.43.It was a trick; a scam. I suppose they were trying to get our information to be able to sell it as verified by us making it more valuable. It is definitely a division of CitiBank so be very careful. All our info. is valuable, according to journals who write on the subject. Verified info. is the most valuable. I hope our economy goes back to manufacturing and away from financial services.

Horrible customer service. Three transfers to speak with someone that has any level of knowledge as to what is going on. Lies, lies and more lies. This is ridiculous. 9 days to only end up where you started.

"Thieves" is the best way to describe these people. I am not sure how do they get by without following any laws of the land. Complained to CFPB already. Hopefully they should try to shut them down. Trying to find if they are any way related to Citibank. In that case, I will say goodbye to good old bank permanently.

This is the Worst experience a person can have!3 weeks trying to receive a new card because of Home Depot breach.Countless promises, and apologies. None of which have helped. Huge corporation that can let you fall through the cracks and do nothing about it but say 'in so sorry for the delay' tell that to the mortgage company I'm trying to make my house payment to.
