I've had an account for 2 or 3 years now. In the past few months I started noticing fraudulent charges. Nothing major, stupid $10 here $25 there transactions that I didn't initially notice but added up. Not once when I called did anyone take action. All they told me was to contact the companies taking the funds out. Then, bc of those transactions, my account would become overdrawn and they would charge me fees. That ended up being anther battle. I'm finally fed up with the lack of customer service. They seem happy to only collect fees and I wonder if this is on purpose. I have opened an account elsewhere and will be shutting down my Citadel accounts as soon as I can get into a branch.

Best group of people I've ever dealt with. Because of my job as a truck driver I use com data checks which are a pain in the butt. It was a new experience for them and myself. They were extremely patient with me in figuring it out. Now when I go in usually on Saturdays we all talk, laugh, and enjoy. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them and actually look forward to checking in with them every week.If anyone from this branch see this I want you to know you guys are awesome.

The one older lady was very rude at first. This isn't the first time she has been rude to me. Yet in the end she was very helpful. But I do feel as if most of the people that work behind the desk can Be very rude and ignorant... overall they can be very helpful at times, but the first impression is very very bad..

I just relocated to the area and needed to open a savings account near my new home. I like credit unions better than banks from past experiences. I was welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked in. The building is newer and clean and bright and convenient for me. I was surprised by all the staff working on a Sat. morning and the place was busy. I did not wait at all and was taken care of by Nicole. I couldn't of asked for a nicer person. She was personable and professional. She has an awesome personality and explained everything to me. She was friendly and thorough. What a pleasant experience for me mostly because of Nicole! She is a definite asset to Citadel Credit Union. I am happy to be a customer and certainly made the right decision! I highly recommend!

Inactivity fee? Citadel was taking money out of my account account for years totalling up to thousands of dollars just because my account was inactive. Not recommended. Very unethical.
