Feedback:

The finance manager Jake is one of the rudest most disrespectful persons I have ever met. I'm 61 and have met a few rude incompetent people in my life he is by far one of the worst. Will never buy or lease a car from them again.

I purchased a used 2018 Colorado truck two weeks ago from this dealership. Today I returned to have the tonneau top they owed me installed.Eric the parts manager did a super job demonstrating to me how to use & remove it .He also explained the rewards program that chevy offers in detail. A very knowledgeable and I'm sure dedicated employee.

I don't have enough good things to say about this dealership whether I am dealing with Eric in parts or John in service I am always very satisfied I bought my new Silverado there 2 years ago at a great price and I love coming here they always take very good care of me I would suggest anyone who is in the market for a new or used car or just need service or parts to come see these guys I trust them they are so helpfulAnd the receptionists are always pleasant. Thanks again your friend Jason.

So, to start out, Sam the salesperson was great, professional, personable, and knew what he was talking about. 5 stars for Sam. However, the sales manager, which didn't even give me his name, went out of his way to be rude. I wanted to start negotiations on the price of my ZR2, but not only did the manager not budge on the price (which is perfectly fine), Sam was instructed specifically not to be polite to my wife and I. I've never been treated so poorly by any salespeople. The sales manager didn't even bother introducing himself, relegated only to yell things from behind his desk and screen at both Sam and I. Do yourself a favor, go to Gray Chevrolet, Koch Toyota or any other dealer if you want to be treated like a human being.

Drove 45 mins to see a truck. Made an appointment to even see it. Wasn’t even told it wasn’t on the lot til after I arrived. Then waited for them to try and find it. Was told it was on another lot then was told sorry we sold it already. Why have me drive out there? Blatant disregard for their potential customers. I didn’t just randomly show up. They wasted 1.5 hours of my day. Thanks for nothing!

I stopped in here to checkout and price a Chevy Colorado while I was shopping for a truck in 2017. I never even purchased a vehicle from them yet the last week I have received about 50+ calls on my work phone about extending my Warranty on my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Which leads me to believe that when I applied for a loan with them because I was going to purchase one, but ended up buying the better version at Star Car in Quakertown (GMC Canyon) that they sold my information to these people. Thanks, now my government cell phone has been going crazy, serves me right for putting my work number down. Needless to say I won’t ever step foot on the lot again.
