Friendly Staffs, Very Helpfull. Each time i came here for any bank related stuff, the staffs were very polite and very helpfull. Hope you guys maintain this. unlike cimb in jelutong branch, rude staffs, not helpfull, and not friendly at all.

Very bad experience lately. What’s the difference of being a Prefferred customer when do not see any added value of being one. Especially queuing! And was being informed that “it’s the same waiting queue by FIFO”. CIMB, if the brand doesn’t offer the value for Prefferred customers, put up a sign!

Their service is friendly, and they make sure quick service. Any problems you can just get them and they'll find solutions and suggestions for you. Parking is everywhere, but beware if you park illegally, MBPP often targets this place. ATM is on almost all day long except late night if I am not mistaken.Give a like if you like my review :D
