it was so impressed me about the service in CIMB this time, to be honest i not really use this bank service.last few days i pop in to enquiries some information about investment and the staff name Miss Sim Su Yee was assisted me and she explained to me with clear information about ASNB in professional way event the person in-charge was not around at that time.As well as the Manager in this branch , she were so polite and try to answer what i want to know.The manager told me that the lady call Narimah was very good and keep updated weekly to the customers about the trusts customer bought.So will strongly recommend come to this branch if you looking for investment in bank .very good customer service, hope that will see you guys very soon.
