it more prefer to get no star. i had apply with them by walk in. i had passed all completed document. 2 weeks later still no follow up by email or call. i call them but more surprise when they said not have in the system. wth. more prefer to direct with hq kl, frequently follow up.

Teribble banking service i have seen. The number given not follow sequence, then when i ask counter they said later will call your name. WHY NOT TELL ME BEFORE I'M WAITING FOR 1 HOURRR??

The manager seem so friendly. Unfortunately, he will asked u signed the things that u don't even understand. And when it comes to canceling the things on the same day, and i waited him outside for almost 2 hours just because I don't want to disturb him with other customer, but he's MIA. I'm trying to talk nicely to him. And he's irresponsible. If CIMB MAKE ANY DEDUCTIONS TO MY ACCOUNT. I will ask the exact amount to refund back 😤
