For loan application (level 1), service is slow, no numbering system, interest rate also high. And one more thing, perlu hadap mak cik.bawang.

I had a very bad experience ever in this CIMB branch Bandar Kinrara (auto finance). The staff name Pang Chee Hou, was told a marketing staff was in charge at the counter (auto finance) around 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm last Friday, 17 May 2019. He was very rude! Showing his tantrum! Who does he think he is?! Supposedly, he should be solving customer's problem and not leave customer with no solution. Trying to defense himself although he is the one that has wrongly gave the amount for settlement. Admit your mistake and apologise to your customer, is that so damn difficult to do?!!!Pang Chee Hou!!!!! You make my experience dealing with this CIMB branch an unforgettable experience! For goodness sake I want to do car settlement! Not begging for your money! For this, it will be the last loan applied with CIMB! Never ever taking loan with CIMB bank.Pang Chee Hou!!!!! If you hate your job, just quit!
